Fantastic view, fabulous food, good company and rooms that feel like home."

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Especially considering the vagaries of airline travel these days, we strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover flight and room fees should plans change (please let us know if you’d like assistance finding travel insurance).

We always do our very best to re-book cancelled rooms. In the event we cannot, refunds are based on the date of notification of cancellation and are handled on the following timeline:

>90 days in advance of reservation date = Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

60-90 days in advance of reservation date = 25% of payment retained

30-60 days in advance of reservation date = 50% of payment retained

< 30 days in advance of reservation date = 100% of payment retained

Check-in and Check-out

Check in between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 7 pm, please let us know in advance and we'll be happy to provide special instructions. Check out by 11 am.
